Improvements…I have a list of service professionals if there is any work that needs to be done to prepare your home for market. I will go through your property and recommend what needs to be done to earn your best return.
Photography…I can schedule a professional photographer who specializes in real estate images to photograph your home and property.
Marketing…after listing your property on the Multiple Listing Service thousands of Agents from all companies will be notified…following will be a Broker open house which allows us to point out all the advantages of purchasing your property.
With your permission, a sign is placed on the property…statistics show…a number of buyers come just from the sign…
Public Sunday open houses are scheduled with your permission.
Marketing materials are kept at the home specifically designed to meet your home’s individual needs and any special information you want the buyers to know…improvements, historical information, etc.
A home book will also be present with the listing and community information for those coming from outside of the area.
“Just Listed” cards will be sent out to direct mail lists…
Print advertising announcing your property will appear in the local paper and specialty journals and/or magazines reflecting your specific needs.
